We haven’t seen darkness in over a week—Alaska’s 19 hours of daylight let us pack in nonstop adventure!
We kicked things off in Anchorage and drove to Seward, the gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park. A whale-watching tour brought us up close to humpbacks feeding, orcas cruising by, lazy sea lions, and the stunning Holgate Glacier. The seafood was incredible, and the coffee somehow even better.
After a quick return to Anchorage, we flew to Juneau, where we kicked things off with king crab that totally lived up to the hype. From there, it was all about the outdoors: fishing with locals, exploring by boat, and taking a seaplane to Pack Creek to watch bears in the wild. The bald eagles were spotted everywhere.
Alaska truly is the Last Frontier—rugged, raw, and packed with wild adventure.
